In 2017, with 27 years old, Stefany Arbaiza, founder of Luxury & Prestige Glam, began her preparation as a beauty professional by certifying in Classic Lash Extensions. Later, she successfully obtained her certification in Hybrid, Volume and Mega volume in order to provide a comprehensive eyelash service.

Thanks to the desire and tenacity that the founder had to stand out in her profession, during her training she had the great blessing of being a mother of 02 beautiful children, who were great motivators to achieve the dream of forming her own business. It is important to mention the great help and support she received from her family and her teachers.

In 2018 Luxury & Prestige Glam was founded in Brampton Ontario, with a little investment of a modest stretcher with its respective chair and in addition to this she had some basic instruments which she had from her expert training in eyelashes.

To promote her work, Stefany had to resort to various marketing techniques and use of social networks, including promoting voice to voice with neighbours.

The business was located in the living room of the house, but with God's help it began to grow fast, a few months later the high-tech equipment for lash salons was purchased.

Luxury & Prestige Glam began to gain prestige because Stefany performed her services with professionalism and clients always left satisfied with her service.

Seeing the prosperity of the business and the skill that she had acquired, Stefany decided to share her talents with others and provide certified trainings. Currently Luxury & Prestige Glam provides training in the cities of: Montreal, Toronto, Winnipeg and Calgary. Our implemented quality system has allowed us the sustainable growth of the business and we will soon offer our services in other cities and Latin American countries, since our services are given in English and Spanish.
